Elizabeth Jones brings a deep well of experience in pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and community engagement. She currently serves as a hospice chaplain at Unity Hospice and as a part-time pastor at St. Luke’s Christian Community Church in Morton Grove, Illinois. Her ministry includes preaching, leading Bible studies, and offering compassionate pastoral care to congregants and patients alike.

Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, further deepening her commitment to faith-based service and leadership. Her professional background includes chaplaincy roles at several hospitals and care centers across Chicago and Evanston, where she specialized in crisis and trauma intervention, spiritual support for substance abuse recovery, and interfaith care for individuals from a wide range of cultural and religious traditions.

Over the years, Elizabeth has held several church-related positions and has been a steady presence in 12-step recovery programs, where she continues to volunteer. In December 2010, she earned a certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling, and she holds an Illinois Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. She received her Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Garrett-Evangelical in 2005, and is an endorsed chaplain through the Federation of Christian Ministries.
