At the Dehkhoda Educational Foundation, we are dedicated to providing meaningful and educational experiences. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns for event tickets, tour packages, digital content, and merchandise.
All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the Dehkhoda Educational Foundation.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted via the email provided at purchase and may be offered a refund or alternative arrangements.
Virtual Tour Packages (including access to our audio tour and accompanying digital content) are non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
In-Person Tours must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
If we cancel or reschedule a tour, you will be contacted to arrange a refund or a new date.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the content is accessed or downloaded.

Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
Items must be returned in original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for items ordered in error or due to a change of mind.
